Just announced! Cinema Scares Film Festival in Shelbyville, IN has chosen Dear Diary 1944 as an official selection in their 2024 roster of movies!
"Having been to this festival when it was in Florida, I'm honored to have my movie chosen as a selection in this year's Cinema Scares," says Christopher Pinto, director of Dear Diary 1944.
Cinema Scares, previously Sinister Nights, has been terrorizing the public with horror movies both new (like “73 Minutes" by director Lou Simon, "The Gravedigger" by director Erynn Dalton, and Genoveva Rossi 's "Attack of the Killer Chickens") and classic/vintage (such as the 55th anniversary screening of "Death Curse of Tartu" with William Grefe' (director) and Douglas Hobart (Tartu) in attendance).
Dear Diary 1944 is an 11-minute horror/paranormal short starring Isabella LeSante, written and directed by Christopher Pinto.
The Cinema Scares Film Festival will be held September 27 through 29 at The Strand Theater and Skyline Drive-In in Shelbyville. For more information visit cinemascares.com.
